Here is Ringo (Ash) up close.
They have survived a few days...so we are hoping for the best. The tank is still showing warmer than it should...even with the heater off and the lid open. Wish us luck.
Are they sill swimming?? Hope so, they are super cute (esp Ringo/Ash).

Thanks! Yes, they are still swimming. Except John. It's fitting that John is the one to die first. So now they are three.
ReplyDeleteRingo/Ash has been changing color, though. Quite fun to find out that when young, the black ones are pretty black. However, many change to gold/white as they mature. I guess the black in their youth helps protect them. Who knew? So now he is mostly orange with black fins and eyes. Quite pretty.
